In this very encouraging video, female students and instructors explain why they were drawn to explore careers in what have typically been male-dominated fields. They explain the obstacles they had to overcome, how they persevered, and how much they enjoy their chosen trade. Instructors also explain how they help their female students overcome fears and obstacles so they can success in the non-traditional trade of their choice and earn a great income to support their family.
