With a shortage in workers across many skilled trades sectors, it’s critical to have safe and welcoming workplaces. That includes both physical and mental safety.
Women and men alike experience bullying and harassment in workplaces. If you haven’t experienced it yourself, you’ve witnessed it. Maybe you didn’t know what to do to stop it. Our workshops can show you how.
Connect with us to sign up for transformational workshops including: We Are Trades: Creating Safe and Inclusive Workplaces for Everyone, Gender Inclusive Leadership Course (GILC), and Be More Than a Bystander. These courses are for leaders in the workplaces, who are positioned to create culture change.
Canadian Coalition of Women in Engineering, Science, Trades and Technology (CCWESTT) is working with partners across British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia to share successful training sessions across these provinces. Participation in these sessions gives leaders tools to create safer skilled trades workplaces.

CCWESTT acknowledges that our greater science, engineering, trades and technology (or SETT) community is situated on the ceded and unceded traditional territories of First Nation, Inuit, and Métis peoples from coast to coast to coast in what is known as ‘Canada’. CCWESTT fervently believes SETT is enriched through collective relations and knowledge sharing and is committed to helping enhance and build these relations. Full land acknowledgement here.
