This 4-member panel consists of John Collinson, Brandon Davis, Astor Ingleton, and Jason Hui who discuss how men who are willing to become an ally and to advocate and speak up in support of gender equality can make women feel more supported and experience less hostility at work. They discuss what it means to be a male ally and how to effectively support women and their desire for gender equality in the workplace.
