In this video, a female sheet worker, stonemason, and a field technician are interviewed. They discuss the dissuasion, prejudice, and challenges that they overcame to get into the trades, and the disbelief they encounter from clients that women can do this kind of work and perform at the same level as men. They also answer the questions, “Why do you think more women don't get into the trades?” and “Do you feel that the work that you do takes away from your femininity?” The three women talk about what they love about their jobs.
