The Policy on Gender Equality in Iceland

This document was requested by the European Parliament's Committee on Women’s Rights and Gender Equality. It contains an easy-to-read summary of the actions that the Government of Iceland has taken throughout the decades, starting in 1975, in order to achieve gender equality.
