This report examines the systemic drivers of workplace sexual harassment through the lens of intersectionality, focusing on the experiences of marginalized groups including First Nations people, migrant workers, and people with disabilities. It identifies critical barriers to reporting and offers eleven recommendations to strengthen legal protections, restrict NDAs, and foster inclusive, trauma-informed workplace cultures.
