The goal of this toolkit is to provide information that can inform decisions and actions to better support immigrant and racialized women. The toolkit aims to provide information that can be easily translated into action, including examples of how to integrate DEIA into workplace policies and practices, which can influence positive and welcoming work environments. The toolkit's primary audiences are employers, managers (including hiring managers), and HR professionals.
