The Action Plan weave in and uplifts diverse Pacific knowledge systems and ways of being will enrich Government and non-Government organisations to better deliver for Pacific people. The Action Plan will also contribute to nurturing a space for Pacific people in the labour market that is higher-trust, more participatory, and supportive of community agency in creating new employment opportunities and pathways.
