This is a copy of the public invitation sent out by the Committee on Social Affairs of the National Assembly of Quebec to invite organizations and members of the general public to submit a brief by the deadline of 10 December 2004 if they wished to be selected to express their views on the document entitled For a New Social Contract of Equality between Women and Men, during the public hearings (general consultation) that were scheduled to begin on 18 January 2005.
