The provincial governments of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador jointly published a guide to help employers develop an action plan for achieving gender diversity in the workplace, review their Human Resource System, improve training and development, and increase the recruitment, promotion, and retention of women and gender-diverse people.
