Who? Open to all genders. Male leaders, managers, supervisors, or journeypersons are strongly encouraged to attend.
What? We Are Trades framework and workshops provide employers with actionable steps to establish a safe and inclusive workplace for everyone. Participants gain confidence as allies by exploring privilege, inclusive language, and the professional behaviours that make a safe and inclusive workplace.
