City of Vancouver - Engineering Services DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION ACTION PLAN 2019-2020

The Diversity and Inclusion Working Group formed in the summer of 2017, with the goal of developing a plan that would create measurable change within Engineering Services. Mandate: • Gather information through research and conversation with City staff and recommend strategies to increase inclusion and diversity; • Identify strategies and approaches for collecting employee feedback; and • Report out on progress and support implementation of recommended strategies.
