This Community-First Action Plan has been designed to provide a voice to the 43 participants who contributed their experiences, stories, and ideas to promote positive social change for women in STEM (WiS) in the GC. It is a resource for WiS and their allies, andis intended to inform SSC's WiS Strategy and serve as a foundation for ongoing dialogue.
